The Bhutan visa will be proceed by Bhutan Travel Gate prior to your arrival in Bhutan upon receiving full tour payments along with scan copy of valid passport which should be more than 6 months validity from the travel date and it takes maximum of 1 week working hours to obtain the visa then we will email you the visa copy before your trip commence .
Bhutan Visa Cost:
Bhutan tourist visa cost USD 40 per person. Its a one time fee when visiting Bhutan.
Visa Requirements to Enter Bhutan
Nationals: All Indian Nationals visiting Bhutan do not require visa to enter Bhutan. Travel documents required for travel are passport or Voter ID or citizenship ID card.
Bangladesh and Maldives:
Nationals: Bangladeshi and Maldives Nationals do not require visa to enter Bhutan. They get visa on arrival. Travel document required is Passport.
Other Nationals:
All other Nationals visiting Bhutan have a valid visa clearance letter issued by the Department of Immigration of Bhutan prior to boarding a flight. There are required to produce a copy of the visa clearance letter at the time of check-in. The initial reference letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bhutan is not valid for travel. Any passenger without a valid visa clearance letter will be denied at check-in and Drukair will not be liable for any claims.
Note to all passengers: All passengers are advised to check their travel document validity. For passengers travelling with their passport, validity of their passport should not be less than six months fro the date of travel. Drukair will not be liable and will refuse check-in of those passengers whose passport does not meet the validity requirement.
